– 2 hours of activity comprising 30 minutes of introduction to Kayaking and around 1 hour 30 minutes of guided descent.

All materials and equipment, accompaniement by Qualified Personel, insurance, transport by mini bus to and from the base at Alet Les Bains .

– You will need a towel and to wear old trainers, a swimsuit and old tee-shirt
